AUSTIN, Minn., July 17. 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Enjoy the sunshine and take a day off of work to make a positive difference in your community!
On Monday, August 14, Gerard Academy will hold its 17th Annual Golf Tournament, supporting kids and families in Austin and surrounding communities. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit Gerard's Community Mental Heath Services and provide two Gerard Academy youth with $750 scholarships to Riverland Community College.
The tournament will be held at the Austin Country Club, 1202 28th Street NE, Austin, MN, just across the street from Gerard Academy. This will be a four-person, best ball tournament, with prizes awarded for longest putt, closest to the pin, and longest drive. If registered before July 22, the cost is $80; after that date, the cost is $90 per person. Registration fees include the 18-hole green fee, a golf cart, as well as brats and hamburgers served throughout the day.
