Harris Interactive Service Bureau Forms Strategic Alliance with DM2-DecisionMaker

ROCHESTER, N.Y., May 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Harris Interactive Service Bureau (HISB), a division of Harris Interactive(R) , has formed a strategic alliance with DM2-DecisionMaker(R) (DM2), a division of Reed Business Information, to co-develop new online expert decision maker panels.
