Hill Holliday Makes Two Senior-level Strategic Hires to Support Strong Growth in Digital Practice

Today, Hill Holliday announced the appointment of two senior-level, strategic new hires to support the agency’s fast-growing digital practice.

Both senior vice presidents, Alicia Arnold and Priya Shah have strong agency and corporate experience playing key digital leadership roles. Also, both have secured top industry awards and honors.

At Hill Holliday, Alicia Arnold serves as senior vice president in the agency’s digital practice, helping to envision digital solutions that drive business results. Alicia joins Hill Holliday from Watertown, MA-based Molecular where she worked clients such as Reebok, HumanaOne and The Hartford. Prior to Molecular, Alicia held positions at One to One Interactive, Communication Via Design, and Fidelity Investments. Alicia is an award-winning digital strategist and account leader, and has won numerous awards throughout her career including Create, MITX, W3 and WebAwards for Reebok Run Easy and eHealthcare Leadership Awards for HumanaOne.

Priya Shah serves as senior vice president, director of user experience at Hill Holliday. Before joining Hill Holliday, Priya worked as vice president, director of experience architecture at Arnold Worldwide in Boston. At Arnold, Priya worked on accounts including Carnival Cruiselines, Ocean Spray and Huntington Bank. Prior to her time at Arnold, Priya held positions at National Leisure Group, Lapham Miller Interactive Agency, Breakaway Solutions and Extraprise. She has also won numerous top digital honors and award including MITX, Webby and Hatch Awards.
