Jan Johansson, President and CEO of Peab

Jan Johansson has been appointed new President and CEO of Peab and will take up this position at the AGM on 10 May 2011. Jan Johansson, 52, has a master of science in engineering and joined Peab 1986. Jan has held the position of Deputy CEO with responsibility for Peab's operations since 2009.

Mats Paulsson, 67, will remain in the Peab Group as Vice Chairman.

"Jan Johansson has been Deputy CEO and responsible for operations since 2009. He has during that time have convincingly shown that he is competent and qualified to assume the role as president and CEO. I am sure that Jan will bring the company forward in Peab's spirit in an excellent manner. It is also very satisfying that Mats Paulsson will remain on the Peab Group as Vice Chairman and to be available to the Group on issues relating to market and customers, "says Peab Chairman Göran Grosskopf.
