Mr Yu Zhengsheng, chairman of the Chinese People's Consultative Conference (CPPCC) visited Arcam

Arcam (STO:ARCM), listed on NASDAQ OMX, hosted on Sunday a delegation led by Mr Yu Zhengsheng. Mr Yu is the newly elected chairman of the Chinese People's Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and is seen as a very influential leader after the president, prime minister and chairman.

The visit to the Arcam was part of a program where delegation takes part of the successful Swedish industry. Three companies were visited in Gothenburg; Arcam, Volvo AB and Volvo Cars. Arcam demonstrated its technology and the market in general with emphasis on the activities and customers that Arcam has in China. Governor of West Sweden, Lars Bäckström led the Swedish reception committee and Arcam's CEO Magnus René hosted the visit.

"We are proud to be one of the Swedish companies that had the opportunity to show our work. China is one of our key markets and we are already established with a subsidiary in Beijing,” said CEO Magnus René.
