New Chairman of the Board in PA Resources

Jerome Schurink has decided to step down as director and chairman of the board in PA Resources AB (STO:PAR) (OSE:PAR) as a result of taking up a new position based in Dubai.

In the interim, until the upcoming annual general meeting, the board of directors have appointed Philippe Probst as the acting chairman.

Philipe Probst, acting chairman of the board comments: "On behalf of the board and the management of PA Resources I would like to thank Jerome for his commitment and dedication as the chairman which has been most valuable for the company in a challenging time.”
