New Food and Beverage Team Takes Award-Winning Culinary History to New Heights at the Orlando World Center Marriott

Director of Food & Beverage, Mark Beaupre, formerly Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, will oversee 10 diverse restaurants and lounges and a multi-million dollar banquet operation. The 25 year veteran is poised to further develop the outstanding reputation of the Orlando World Center Marriott by building on the team that has carefully established and nurtured the Four-Diamond property.
A native of Maine, Beaupre graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. Prestigious awards and accolades include the Food & Beverage Excellence Award, J. Willard Marriott Award of Excellence Nominee, Award of Culinary Excellence and Marriott’s Culinary ACE award.
Executive Chef, Greg Picard has been with Marriott for nearly 25 years and was a former chef for Mr. Marriott and his family. He attended the Culinary Institute of America before serving as Executive Chef at Nashua Marriott Hotel in New Hampshire.
Executive Pastry Chef, Ramon Ramos has zeal for pastries and chocolates. He has been with the Marriott and Ritz Carlton Company for 19 years and was formerly the Executive Pastry Chef at the Ritz-Carlton JW Marriott LA Live.
