PagesJaunes Groupe: Draft Resolutions

PagesJaunes Groupe, a company listed on Euronext Paris, NYSE Euronext (PAJ FP), announces that the President of the Board of directors received by registered post on Friday 10 May 2013 draft resolutions submitted by a shareholder, Mr Guy Wyser-Pratte, through Wyser-Pratte Management Company Inc., relating to two candidates for appointment as directors.

The Board of directors will meet shortly in order to examine these candidacies and will publish within the required deadlines the agenda for the 5 June 2013 shareholders’ meeting.
