Pason Systems Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

CALGARY, AB, April 29, 2021 /CNW/ - Pason Systems Inc. (TSX: PSI) announced today that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of five cents(C$0.05) per share on the company's common shares. The dividend will be paid on June 29, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2021.

Pursuant to the Canadian Income Tax Act, dividends paid by the Company to Canadian residents are considered to be "eligible" dividends.
