PSA Peugeot Citroën files the 2012 Registration Document

PSA Peugeot Citroën (Paris:UG) announced having published its 2012 Registration Document. It has been filed with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and enregistered under No. D.13-0239, on March 28th, 2013.

The 2012 Registration Document is available on the Group's web site www.psa-peugeot-citroen.com, in its "Regulated Information” section. This report is also available to the public in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force.

The 2012 Registration Document includes:

• The 2012 financial report;
• The Report of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board on the Preparation and Organization of Supervisory Board Meetings and on Internal Control;
• Details of the fees paid to the auditors.
