Sacramento Bee debuts Capitol Alert Insider Edition

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Aug. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- This week, The Sacramento Bee debuts its Capitol Alert Insider Edition app for iPhone or iPad.  Capitol Alert Insider Edition was created to give those whose work depends on what happens at the Capitol all the inside information they need to do their jobs.
