Hamilton, Bermuda, August 12^th, 2015 - Seadrill Limited is scheduled to release its second quarter 2015 results on Thursday August 27^th, 2015.

In connection with the earnings release, a conference call/webcast will be held as described below.

A conference call will be held at 12:00 p.m. EDT / 5:00 p.m. BST on Thursday August 27^th, 2015.
