CHESTER, S.C., Dec. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Specialty Polymers, Inc., has signed an agreement with Jose Olivieri of Olivieri & Associates to be the Company's new sales agent in Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and the Caribbean.  

The Company's partnership with Olivieri & Associates will enable the numerous paint, coatings and adhesive companies based in the region to have access to the innovative water based emulsion polymers and adhesives that Specialty Polymers is known for.
