Time Warner Cable CFO Arthur Minson Resigns To Join WeWork As COO

(RTTNews) - Time Warner Cable Inc. (TWC) Monday said its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Arthur Minson will leave the company, effective today. However, he will remain as an advisor, until the Charter transaction closes. The company appointed William Osbourn, Jr. and Matthew Siegel as acting co-CFOs.

Minson is planning to join privately-held WeWork as President and Chief Operating Officer. The company said, Osbourn will retain his current title and responsibilities as senior vice president-controller and chief accounting officer, while Siegel also will retain his position as senior vice president and treasurer.
