Ultimate Software Hosts Interactive Human Resources Workshop in Philadelphia
Ultimate Software (Nasdaq: ULTI), a leading provider of unified human capital management SaaS solutions for global businesses, announced today that it will host a free, interactive human resources workshop on Monday, November 8, 2010 at The Union League in Philadelphia.
High-level HR executives from well-known companies and various industries, as well as a labor attorney from a prestigious law firm, will discuss innovative tools and procedures to:
- assess a company’s readiness for 360-degree feedback
- instruct managers about inappropriate interview questions
- develop legally binding restrictive covenants and noncompete agreements, and more
This workshop has been preapproved for 3.75 recertification credit hours (.75 Strategic) from the HR Certification Institute and 5.5 recertification credit hours from the American Payroll Association.
