New York, August 06, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the A3 senior debt rating of Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (Ameriprise; NYSE: AMP) and the Aa3 insurance financial strength (IFS) rating of its life insurance subsidiaries, led by RiverSource Life Insurance Company (RiverSource Life).
