New York, June 21, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed Banco de Reservas de la Republica Dominicana (Banreservas)'s E+ standalone bank financial strength rating (BFSR) and b2 standalone baseline credit assessment (BCA) and changed the outlook to negative from stable. At the same time, Moody's affirmed Banreservas' B1 and Not Prime long and short term local currency deposit ratings and the B2 and Not Prime long and short term foreign currency deposit ratings with stable outlooks. Moody's also affirmed with a stable outlook the bank's B2 foreign currency subordinated debt rating.
