Sao Paulo, February 05, 2016 -- Moody's América Latina (Moody's) affirmed the issuer ratings of Concessão Metroviária do Rio de Janeiro S.A. (METRORIO) at Ba2 on the global scale, and at Aa2.br on the Brazilian National Scale ("NSR"). At the same time, Moody's changed the outlook to stable from positive.
