London, 29 November 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service today downgraded Iglo Foods Finco Limited's (Iglo Foods, or the company) corporate family rating (CFR) to B2 from B1 and probability of default rating (PDR) to B3-PD from B2-PD. Concurrently, Moody's has also downgraded Iglo Foods MidCo Limited's rated senior secured bank debt to B2 from B1. The outlook is stable.
