Frankfurt am Main, August 12, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed the outlook on all ratings of Lafarge SA to negative from stable. Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed Lafarge's Ba1 corporate family (CFR), Ba1-PD probability of default rating (PDR), Ba1/(P)Ba1 senior unsecured ratings, as well as the provisional (P)Ba2 rating on the company's subordinated euro medium-term note (EMTN) programme.
