London, 13 February 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today downgraded to Ba3 from Ba2 the corporate family rating (CFR) of Melton Renewable Energy UK PLC (Melton). Concurrently, Moody's has downgraded Melton's probability of default rating (PDR) to Ba2-PD from Ba1-PD. Finally, Moody's has downgraded to Ba3 from Ba2 the rating on Melton's GBP171 million of outstanding senior secured notes due 2020. The LGD assessment for the notes is unchanged at LGD 5. The outlook remains negative on all ratings.
