New York, March 27, 2014 -- New York, -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the Holder of Certificates representing more than 50% of the Class Principal Balance of the Controlling Class intends to replace C-III Asset Management, LLC as the Special Servicer and to appoint LNR Partners, LLC as the successor Special Servicer (the "Proposed Special Servicer Replacement"). The Proposed Special Servicer Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
