Moody's: Dryden XXI Leveraged Loan CDO LLC's ratings unaffected by Supplemental Indenture

New York, July 19, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by Dryden XXI Leveraged Loan CDO LLC (the "Issuer"), a CLO, into a supplemental indenture dated as of July 19, 2013 (the "Sixth Supplemental Indenture") among the Issuer and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee, and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time cause the qualification, downgrade or withdrawal of the current Moody's rating of any Class of Secured Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Supplemental Indenture could have non-credit-related effects.
