New York, April 19, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that the Borrower, EpiCentre SPE Charlotte LLC, is seeking to further condominiumize and release the Air Rights Parking Lease Premises contained in Level P4 of the parking garage as provided in the original loan documents. This second tier condominium and release of the Air Rights Parking Lease Premises will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the Loan Agreement.
