Sydney, October 03, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service announced that Series 2008-1 REDS Trust's substitution of approximately AUD 199 million of mortgage loans (the "Substitution") on 3 October 2013 would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the reduction or withdrawal of the rating of the Class A notes issued by Perpetual Trustee Company Limited in its capacity as trustee of Series 2008-1 REDS Trust.
