New York, April 12, 2016 -- Moody's Covenant Quality Index (CQI) strengthened slightly to 4.26 in March 2016, from 4.27 in February. In addition, issuance volume for the three-month period increased by more than 50% from February. However, the CQI continues to reflect weakest-level covenant protection, says Moody's Investors Service.
