New York, January 25, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has withdrawn the A1 insurance financial strength (IFS) rating (stable outlook) of Reassure America Life Insurance Company (REALIC), following its merger with and into Jackson National Life Insurance Company (Jackson, IFS at A1, stable outlook) on December 31, 2012.
