New York, November 05, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a rating of Baa3 on review for upgrade to the guaranteed Euro-denominated senior notes to be issued by UBS Group Funding (Jersey) Limited. The notes are guaranteed on a senior basis by UBS Group AG (unrated), the parent holding company for UBS AG (deposits at A1, review for upgrade). This rating was initiated by Moody's and was not requested by the rated entity.
