New York, May 21, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service downgraded today Wisconsin Energy Corporation's (WEC) ratings, including: WEC's Issuer and senior unsecured rating to A3 from A2, the junior subordinated rating to Baa1 from A3 as well as WEC's short-term rating to Prime-2 from Prime-1. Today's rating action concludes the review of WEC's ratings initiated on May 4, 2015.
