In order to achieve its investment objective, the Sub-Fund intends to invest its net assets in OTC Total Return Swaps whereby the Sub-Fund receives the return of certain of the Underlying Indices (the “Swap Agreement”) in exchange for the payment to the Swap Counterparty of an agreed rate of return pursuant to an agreement in accordance with the requirements of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association together with a portfolio of US TIPS.
