55th Annual Nashville Christmas Parade Hosted by Piedmont Natural Gas and Presented by Southeast Financial Credit Union
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The 55th annual Nashville Christmas Parade, presented again this year by Southeast Financial Federal Credit Union, will once again usher in the holiday season in Nashville. The parade, a long-standing Nashville tradition, will be held on Friday, December 7th at 7:00 p.m. Opening ceremonies for the Parade will begin at 6:45 p.m. with a Tree Lighting, Ribbon Cutting and Fireworks at the intersection of 6th and Broadway, the starting point for this year's event. This year's parade features a multitude of marching bands, holiday floats and individual elements traveling down Broadway, crossing over the Woodland Street Bridge and ending at LP Field.
"This year's parade will be an exciting event as we continue our new tradition of hosting a night parade," said Tim Greenhouse, Regional Executive of Tennessee Operations, Piedmont Natural Gas. "The support from the community for this parade and long-standing Nashville tradition has just been fantastic."
Piedmont Natural Gas is also very pleased to announce that Southeast Financial Credit Union will once again serve as the presenting sponsor, the third year it has done so.
