The strategic alliance provides Benergy users, both HR personnel and employees, access to the Benergy Help Line, a new resource that can help answer benefits and HR-related questions.

The Benergy Communications Platform provides HR administrators and employees 24/7 online access to benefits information and decision support tools, health reference content, and human resources programs. Qqest People Services brings an additional human element to supporting Benergy clients with direct access to benefits experts who can answer calls in both English and Spanish 16 hours every weekday, and 8 hours on Saturday. Each employer is provided with its own unique toll free number and calls are answered using the company name.
