ABM Industries Acquires Brandywine Building Services, Inc.

ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM) announced that ithas acquired the customer contracts of Brandywine Building Services,Inc., a facility services company based in Wilmington, Delaware, forapproximately $3.6 million in cash. Additional cash consideration ofapproximately $2.4 million is expected to be paid based on thefinancial performance of the acquired business over the next fouryears. With annual revenues in excess of $9 million, BrandywineBuilding Services is a provider of commercial office cleaning andspecialty cleaning services throughout Delaware, southeastPennsylvania and south New Jersey.
