Access Midstream Launches $400 Mln Offering Of Additional Senior Notes

(RTTNews) - Access Midstream Partners, L.P. (ACMP) said Wednesday that it has commenced a public offering of $400 million of additional 5.875% senior notes due 2021.

The Notes will be an additional issuance of the Partnership's outstanding 5.875% senior notes due 2021, which it issued in April 2011 in an aggregate principal amount of $350 million.

The Partnership said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for general partnership purposes, including but not limited to funding working capital, repayment of indebtedness, funding the Partnership's capital expenditure program or acquisitions.
