Advanced Care Scripts Receives URAC Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation

ORLANDO, March 21, 2014 - Advanced Care Scripts (ACS), a division of Omnicare Specialty Care Group (SCG), announced today that it has been awarded Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation from URAC, a Washington, DC-based health care accrediting organization that establishes quality standards for the health care industry. URAC offers the only third-party, voluntary accreditation program of this scope for the pharmacy benefit management and prescription services industries.
