Myriad Genetics Inc. (MYGN) gained 15 percent to $31.32. The company's second quarter profit and revenues improved from the year-ago quarter and topped Wall Street view. The company also raised its guidance for fiscal year 2014. Myriad also announced that it has agreed to acquire Crescendo Bioscience, Inc., for $270 million in cash which will be reduced by $25 million for the repayment of a loan made to Crescendo and customary adjustments.

Tableau Software, Inc. (DATA) gained 14 percent to $91.02. The company swung to a profit in its fourth quarter and its adjusted earnings per share topped analysts' estimate. Revenues for the quarter increased 95 percent.

USANA Health Sciences Inc. (USNA) rose 14 percent to $66.50. The company's fourth quarter earnings improved 9.9 percent driven by higher net sales, lower relative selling, general and administrative expense, and a lower effective tax rate. Net sales increased by 10.5 percent and topped Wall Street view. The company also provided financial outlook for 2014, above market view.

Decliners:

C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (CHRW) fell 6 percent to $54.85. The company's fourth quarter profit declined from the previous year period. Total revenues improved 6.1 percent, but missed the consensus estimate. Truckload net revenues decreased 5.6 percent.
