Allergan Inc. Bottom Line Retreats 3% In Q3

(RTTNews) - Allergan Inc. (AGN) announced a profit for third quarter that lost ground compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line totaled $1.38 billion, or $3.32 per share. This was lower than $1.42 billion, or $3.41 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 4.3% to $3.62 billion. This was up from $3.47 billion last year.
