Carolle FOISSAUD is appointed Chief Executive Officer of AREVA TA and Senior Executive Vice President, Propulsion and Research Reactors Business Division. She reports directly to Luc Oursel, Chief Executive Officer.
This appointment is effective as of March 1, 2014.
Anne-Marie CHOHO is appointed Senior Executive Vice President, Safety, Security and Operations Support. She reports to Philippe Knoche, Chief Operating Officer. She is a member of the Executive Management Board (EMB).
This appointment is effective as of March 1, 2014.
Eric CHASSARD is appointed Senior Executive Vice President, Engineering and Projects. He reports to Philippe Knoche, Chief Operating Officer.

Biographical elements
Carolle Foissaud began her career with Thomson in 1991 as a Systems Design Engineer. She joined the "Fuel” Business Unit of AREVA NP in 1995 and became Head of the Fuel Rod Department. Then she joined FCI in 2000, the former connectors subsidiary of the AREVA group, and was named Director of Industrialization at the automotive plant in Epernon, France, before joining the Plants Business Unit in 2003. There, among other positions, she was Chief of Staff to the Senior Executive VP of the BU and Deputy to the Proposal Manager for the Chinese EPR™ reactors. In 2007, Carolle Foissaud became Head of division within the Propulsion Energy sector of AREVA TA, then in charge of the "Reactors and Services” division. In July 2009, Carolle Foissaud was appointed Executive Vice President of the Cleanup Business Unit. Carolle Foissaud has been Senior Executive Vice President, Operations Support since March 2012. She is a member of the Executive Management Board (EMB). She is on the board of MERSEN. Carolle Foissaud is also reserve Lieutenant-colonel in the Gendarmerie.
Anne-Marie Choho started her career with AREVA in France 20 years ago. She spent 3 years as a research and development engineer. She then held several engineering positions in France in nuclear fuel reprocessing, nuclear waste treatment, and mixed oxide (MOX) fuel fabrication projects. In 1996, Anne-Marie moved to the USA to contribute her experience in nuclear high level waste to help with the cleanup of the US Department of Energy Hanford site. She spent 7 years supporting the Hanford tank waste remediation projects as design manager, technology program manager, and field engineering manager. She also served as adjunct faculty at the Washington State University for a nuclear waste vitrification course. Next, she became the engineering manager of the MOX Fabrication Facility project, in Charlotte, NC. In 2006, Anne-Marie moved back to France to become deputy Senior Vice-President, and than Senior Vice President and than Senior Vice President for Engineering and Construction of the Plants sector of AREVA NP. In 2010 Anne-Marie was appointed Engineering and Projects Deputy Senior Vice President. She has been Engineering and Projects Senior Executive Vice President since July 2011.
Éric Chassard served as a neutronics and thermohydraulics engineer in the French Atomic Energy Commission (Saclay). He also held various positions as operations manager and safety and product engineer for the Tritium Department at AREVA’s Marcoule facility, Project Manager of the Celestin reactors life extension and at the company’s La Hague facility. Eric Chassard also was safety and quality engineer at Melox facility from 2002 to 2003 and productivity improvement director at that location from 2003 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, Eric has been Vice President for the Fuel Business for SGN. In 2009, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Shaw AREVA MOX Services, LLC. Eric Chassard has been Deputy Senior Executive Vice President, Engineering and Projects since 2012.
