Arcadia Biosciences Prices IPO At $8/share

(RTTNews) - Arcadia Biosciences, Inc. said Thursday that it has priced its initial public offering of 8.2 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $8.00 per share, in line with its recently revised price target.

The Davis, California-based agricultural biotechnology company had initially filed to offer 7.2 million shares at a range of $13.00 to $15.00 per share.

The shares are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Market on May 15, 2015 under the symbol "RKDA."

The offering is expected to close on May 20.

The company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.23 million shares.
