Arctic Paper: Changes in Dates of Publication of the Periodic Reports in 2015

The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. ("Company”)(STO:ARP) informs that there are changes in dates of publication of the following periodic reports in 2015:

1. 1-st quarter 2015 consolidated quarterly report, which has been scheduled on 15.05.2015 in the current report No. 1/2015 - will be published on 13.05.2015,

2. 1-st half 2015 consolidated semi-annual report, which has been scheduled on 31.08.2015 in the current report No. 1/2015 - will be published on 28.08.2015, 3. 3-rd quarter 2015 consolidated quarterly report, which has been scheduled on 16.11.2015 in the current report No. 1/2015 - will be published on 13.11.2015.

This information is disclosed pursuant to the § 103 section 2 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by the securities issuers and conditions on which information required under law applicable in a state not being a member state may be recognised as equivalent and was submitted for publication on 09 April 2015 at 2:00 pm CET, in reference to Arctic Paper’s current report no. 03/2015 filed with the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
