Arctic Paper: Information Regarding Execution of Agreement with Liquidity Provider with Regard to the Company’s Shares in Trading at NASDAQ OMX in Stockholm.

Arctic Paper S.A. ("Arctic Paper”) (STO:ARP) informs that the Company executed agreement with the entity Erik Penser Bankaktiebolag which will act as liquidity provider with regard to the Company’s shares in trading at market maintained by stock exchange NASDAQ OMX in Stockholm from 14 January 2013.

The purpose of the liquidity provision is to reduce the difference between the bid price and the ask price and to increase liquidity in the share to lower the investors’ transaction cost and risk.
