Arctic Paper: Resolution of the Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW S.A.) concerning admission and introduction of series F shares to trading

The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (hereinafter "Company") informs that on 23rd May 2014 a resolution of the Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange (Gielda Papierów Wartosciowych S.A.,WSE) was received. The resolution bears number 608/2014 and is dated 23 May 2014, and concerns the admission and introduction to stock trading on the Main Market of WSE of series F ordinary bearer shares of the Company (hereinafter "Shares”).

The resolution stated that 13 884 283 (thirteen million eight hundred eighty-four thousand two hundred eighty four) ordinary bearer shares of series F with nominal value of 1 zl (one) each were admitted to trading on the main market.

The Board of WSE decided to introduce the Shares to stock trading on the parallel market, starting on 27 May 2014 and following the standard procedure, on condition that the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartosciowych S.A.) registers the Shares on 27 May 2014 and marks them with the code "PLARTPR00012”.

This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
