ARM Holdings Q2 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - ARM Holdings plc (ARM.L, ARMH) reported second-quarter pretax profit of 95.9 million pounds compared to 94.7 million pounds, previous year. Profit for the period increased year-over-year to 90.0 million pounds from 77.1 million pounds. Earnings per share was 6.3 pence compared to 5.4 pence. Normalized profit before tax increased to 130.1 million pounds from 123.9 million ponds, a year ago. Normalized earnings per share was 8.6 pence compared to 7.3 pence.

Second-quarter revenues increased to 267.6 million pounds from 228.5 million pounds, last year.

The directors of ARM Holdings declared an interim dividend of 3.78 pence per share, an increase of 20% over the 2015 interim dividend of 3.15 pence per share.
