AtriCure Promotes CFO Andy Wade To SVP

(RTTNews) - AtriCure Inc (ATRC), an innovator in surgical treatments for atrial fibrillation, on Wednesday said that Andy Wade has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Andy has served as AtriCure's Vice President and CFO since 2013, and has been with the company for about seven years.

Also the company said Douglas Seith will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer and will now be responsible for all global commercial organizations as well as education and clinical science programs.

Seith has over 25 years of cardiology and general surgery sales and sales leadership experience and has served as AtriCure's Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing since January 2013. Since joining AtriCure in 2004, Seith has held a variety of progressive sales and sales leadership positions.
