NEW YORK, Aug. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Avenue Income Credit Strategies Fund (NYSE: ACP), a closed-end management investment company, declared on this date, August 1, 2013, a monthly dividend of  $0.12  per share of Common Stock, payable October 31, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 15, 2013.  Ex-date will be October 11, 2013.
