AXIS Capital COO Jack Gressier To Retire - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - AXIS Capital Holdings Ltd. (AXS), a provider of specialty lines insurance and treaty reinsurance, Monday said its Chief Operating Officer Jack Gressier will retire, effective June 30, 2015. The company does not intend to replace Gressier, and has instead distributed his responsibilities among division heads.

Gressier's current responsibilities are to be shared among Peter Wilson, CEO of AXIS Insurance, and Christopher DiSipio, CEO of AXIS Accident & Health, and Richard Strachan, chief operations officer. Strachan will assume responsibility for both ceded reinsurance and broker relationship management.
