Bank Of Hawaii Increases Share Repurchase Authorization $100 Mln

(RTTNews) - Bank of Hawaii Corp. (BOH) said its board increased the authorization under the share repurchase program by an additional $100.0 million. From October 2 through October 20, 2017 the Company repurchased an additional 44.5 thousand shares of common stock at an average cost of $83.97 per share. Remaining buyback authority under the share repurchase program was $126.9 million at October 20, 2017.

The Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.52 per share on the Company's outstanding shares. The dividend will be payable on December 14, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2017.
