Bank Of Marin Bancorp Turns To Q3 Profit Sequentially, Declares Dividend; Stock Up In Pre-market

(RTTNews) - Bank of Marin Bancorp (BMRC), parent company of Bank of Marin, reported Monday that its third-quarter net income was $4.6 million, compared to net loss of $21.9 million in the preceding second quarter.

Earnings per share were $0.28 for the third quarter, compared to net loss per share of $1.36 for the prior quarter.

Total interest income was $36.32 million, compared to $34.33 million in the sequential quarter.

Net interest income was $24.27 million, compared to $22.47 million in the June quarter.

Further, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share on October 24, payable on November 14, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 7.
