Bemis Appoints Michael Clauer As VP, CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Bemis Company, Inc. (BMS) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Michael Clauer to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer or CFO.

The company said Clauer joins Bemis from BWAY Corporation, a supplier of metal and rigid plastic containers, where he had been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2009. Before joining BWAY, he held a number of positions with increasing responsibility at Apogee Enterprises, Inc., including Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Operations, and President of several business units.
