Bioventus Shares Jump 19% Following Positive Q3 Results

(RTTNews) - Bioventus Inc. (BVS) shares rose 18.75 percent to $7.79 after the company reported a return to profit and higher revenue for the third quarter on Tuesday.

The company posted net income of $3.2 million, compared with a loss in the same quarter last year. Revenue increased to $138.7 million from $134.9 million a year earlier.

The stock opened at $7.12 and traded between $7.12 and $8.23 during the session on the Nasdaq. It was last at $7.91 compared to a previous close of $6.56. Trading volume stood at about 757,000 shares, higher than the average of 350,000.
